Kaydee Realty LLP operates the website (the “Service”).
This privacy policy describes the personal data (‘data’) we collect, how it’s used and shared, and your choices regarding this data. The policy applies to users visiting our website, and those interested in the Kongowea Living Experience project.
The policy specifically applies to:
• Investors: individuals who have made a reservation on a unit under the Kongowea Living Experience project
• Interested Buyers: Individuals who are interested in the project.
• Guest Users: individuals who visit the website.
• Technocrats: those who are running the CRM systems and by their responsibility have access to
personal data
• Service Providers: we may collect the contact information of representatives of companies such as
banks or third parties whom we will work with during the duration of this project.
All those interacting with the service are referred to as ‘users” in this policy.
Data Collections and Uses
Kaydee Realty collects data:

❖ Created during use of the service and device data
❖ From other sources, such as other users or account owners, business partners, vendors, mortgage and
financial solution providers and governmental authorities
Types of Data Collected
Kaydee Realty collects the following data:
1. Data provided by users. This includes:
• User Profile Information: We collect data when users create and update their Kaydee Realty accounts or fill the reservation letter. This may include their;
i. name,
ii. email,
iii. phone number,
iv. login name and password,
v. address,
vi. profile pictue,
vii. payment or banking information
• Identity Verification Documents: This includes photos of investors and their government – issued identifications (IDs or Passports). Such documents are used to verify a user’s identity.
• Demographic Data: We may collect demographic data about users, such as birth/age, gender or occupation to verify one’s capacity to enter into the contract.
•Financial Information: We collect data upon receipt of payment from an investor. The Financial information includes the bank, account number from which payment is made.
2. Data created during use of our services
• User Data: We collect data submitted by guest users when they contact the support service
• Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our website. This includes access
dates, pages viewed, browser type and other system activity.
• Device data: We collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the
hardware models, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, device motion data and mobile network data.
How we Use Personal Data
We use data to reserve units for interested investors and ensure efficient transfer of the conveyance at the point of completion. We also use such data:
• For client/buyer support
• For marketing and advertising
• To track units already purchased and those vacant for possession
• To create and update accounts
• To process payments
• Facilitating mortgage financing
• Completion of the conveyance transactions
We don’t sell or share user data with third parties for purposes of direct marketing without the user’s consent.
Sharing Personal Data
Kaydee Realty is the data controller for the data collected in connection with the Kongowea Living Experience Project.
Kaydee Realty will share the user’s name, location, phone number, and other relevant information with the company’s advocates to ensure completion of the conveyance transaction and third-party companies that support the management.
Kaydee Realty will also share user data with;
• Relevant banks,
• Consultants, accountants and other service providers
• Research partners, including those performing surveys or research projects in partnership with Kaydee
Realty.
• Cloud storage providers
• Enhanced background check and identity verification providers
• Payment processors and facilitators
Legal Requirements
Kaydee Reality may share user’s data if we believe it’s required by applicable law, regulation, operating license or agreement, legal process or governmental request, or where the disclosure is otherwise appropriate use to safety or similar concerns.
Law Enforcement
This includes sharing personal data with law enforcement officials, public health officials, other government authorities, or other third parties as necessary to enforce our terms of service, user agreements or other policies; to protect user’s rights or property, safety or property of others; or in the event of a claim or dispute relating to the use of our services.
Business Transaction
This includes sharing of data with others in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.
With Consent
Kaydee Realty may share a user’s data other than described in this policy if we notify the user and they consent to the sharing.

We retain user data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. The retention of the personal data will be subject to the Kaydee Data Retention Schedule

If you are located outside Kenya and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of Personal Data, represents your agreement to that transfer.
